KIRTIPUR, October 28, 2026: Sudurpaschim Royals secured a victory over Pokhara Avengers in the fourth match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2026 at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Wednesday. Royals captain Dipendra Singh Airee was named Player of the Match for his decisive contribution to the win.
Batting first, Pokhara Avengers posted 145/7 in their allotted 20 overs, setting Sudurpaschim Royals a target of 146 runs. The Royals successfully chased down the target to secure an important victory in the early stages of the tournament.

Pokhara made 145/7 after being put into bat. Arjun Gharti led the scoring with an unbeaten 40 off 25 balls, while Mahedi Hasan contributed 32 runs from 21 deliveries. Captain Kushal Bhurtel also chipped in with 21 runs.
For Sudurpaschim, Anil Kharel was the standout bowler, taking three wickets for 23 runs in his three overs. Dipendra Singh Airee, Hemant Dhami and Scott Kuggeleijn also claimed a wicket each as the Royals restricted Pokhara to 145.
