4. Cricket Information and Scoring Accuracy

Match scores, statistics, tournament results, and other cricket-related information may be submitted or managed by users, scorers, organizers, or authorized representatives. Authorized organizers and scorers are responsible for verifying information they submit.

5. Tournament and Match Participation

Tournament organizers are responsible for communicating their applicable participation rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, fees, and competition arrangements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CRIICO does not independently organize, supervise, or guarantee every match or tournament listed on its platform.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Manipulate cricket scores or tournament records dishonestly.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or platform systems.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with website functionality.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other platform users.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may submit cricket scores, match information, photographs, team details, and tournament information. By submitting content, users grant CRIICO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant platform services.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

CRIICO may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security threats.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal. Users are encouraged to contact CRIICO first to seek an amicable resolution of disputes.
